Yes, we do! If you’re outside New Zealand, send us an email at hello@conceptroguestudio.co.nz, and we’ll sort out the best shipping option for you. Keep in mind, international orders may come with additional customs duties or taxes, which are the customer’s responsibility.

We process orders within 2-5 business days. After that, delivery times depend on the courier and your location. We’ll send you tracking info as soon as your order is on its way.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, but if your item arrives faulty or damaged, we’re here to help. Let us know within 5 working days at hello@conceptroguestudio.co.nz, and we’ll take care of it.
